Lumiare was conceived inside maiven to solve a problem we watched consultancies and implementation partners lose money on every quarter: misalignment between people, teams, and companies from day one of the project. Four months later, it was a live Contextual Intelligence Platform turning messy discovery conversations into client-verified project requirements and near-ready Statements of Work. Today, five companies run their active implementation projects on it.

time compression on discovery-to-SoW work

[The problem]

Operating margin lost on misunderstood requirements.

Complex implementation deals live or die on discovery. Consultants spend weeks turning fragmented calls, emails, workshop notes, and stakeholder conversations into a single structured picture of what the client actually needs. The work is manual, tedious, and error-prone — and every missed detail becomes a margin leak, a scope dispute, or a failed renewal six months later.

Lumiare needed to be built as a production-grade SaaS platform from day one: multi-tenant, secure enough for enterprise implementation data, and structured enough to serve as the system of record teams would actually trust. No prototype polish. A platform that would carry real deals, real margin, and real client relationships. That's the job maiven took.

[The journey]

From delivery problem to platform. Then to proof.

Idea to production. Then to scale.

[Month 1]

The problem, before the product

maiven identified misalignment between consultants, delivery teams, and clients as the root cause of margin leakage across implementation projects. The question: could a platform encode the discovery process well enough to eliminate the gap entirely?

[Month 2]

Discovery to commitment in 48 hours

A structured discovery session defined scope, architecture, and timeline. Multi-tenant. Production-grade. Designed to serve as the true system of record for real deals — not a polished prototype.

[Month 3]

Production launch. Used internally first.

maiven deployed Lumiare across its own delivery projects before opening it to external clients. The platform had to earn trust inside the firm that built it — carrying real deals, real margin, and real client relationships — before it carried anyone else's.

[Month 4]

Validated at scale

The architecture held under real load. Only planned downtime for upgrades. Zero unplanned outages. AITS was no longer a launch story. It was a running business.

[today]

Running across five active project portfolios

Five companies now manage their implementation projects end-to-end on Lumiare. Discovery-to-SoW time compressed from days to hours. Fixed-price delivery made possible by verified, client-aligned requirements — from first meeting to signed contract.

[What maiven built]

A production-grade system of record. Not a discovery template.

The category Lumiare defined required a platform that could do in parallel, at scale, what a consultant could only do once, manually, over weeks. This is what that looks like in production today, across five live client portfolios.

[What this means for you]

The Lumiare story isn't about Lumiare. It's about what happens when a delivery problem meets an operating model designed to ship.

The Lumiare story isn't about Lumiare. It's about what happens when a delivery problem meets an operating model designed to ship.

If you're managing implementation projects on shared drives and post-call notes, or watching margin bleed into scope disputes, or being asked to deliver fixed-price work you can't yet de-risk — the path below is the same one Lumiare walked. Fixed timeline. Fixed investment. You own everything: code, infrastructure, IP.

[Three doors. One operating model.]

Three doors. One operating model.

AITS came in through Door 1: an end-to-end, greenfield AI product. It's the most visible door, but not the only one. The same delivery rigor applies to all three.

Door 1 — New AI products

Ship an AI product to market in 12 weeks.

End-to-end build. Category-defining SaaS, agentic systems, new revenue lines. Fixed timeline, fixed investment, production rigor from day one. The AITS path.

Door 2 — AI into existing products

Infuse AI into a product already carrying revenue.

Anomaly detection, intelligent workflows, agentic features, shipped into your existing SaaS without a replatform. See the Spring Global case study for what 10 weeks looks like.

Door 3 — White-label AI team

An AI team your clients see as yours.

For consulting firms and agencies being asked to deliver AI. A senior, embedded team that ships under your brand, with your engagement model, on your timeline.

What is your AI product opportunity?

Fixed timeline. Fixed investment. You own everything — code, infrastructure, IP. Every engagement ends with a live system and full handover.
